New panda in town!

Such a naughty bear! Well makes sense being that we now have a real panda Pokemon since Spinda so gotta show them who's boss [some saying Spinda's based on a red panda making them more related to raccoons & such, but he was the closest till now lol] Anyway, I love this guy he's adorable can't wait to get him for the game!
